Leslie got stuck in Alamogordo, not a place she loves and has been having extreme difficulties here. She lost touch with her family and everyone she knew in Colorado, and feels like a “missing person.” She was told that her parents died in 2023, but never received any official notice. Others in her family have been avoiding her. She has had mail stolen, and been stalked and harassed for eight solid years, and does not know why. She has been living in isolation, with no friends or support for all that time. She has been scared to report all of this to local law enforcement because they appeared to be participating in the stalking and harassment. This is a very corrupt area in the “borderlands.”
